Text me please!

Hello! this has really been an experience and a lot of adjustment but we are getting through it together! Since opening we have all been happy and healthy! all stylist have been wearing masks from the beginning and now clients have been following suite with no issues or concerns. We also have masks to provide if you forget yours!

I wanted to touch base with my clients and just go over a few things.

  • My days off are Sunday and Monday. I will always try to respond to your messages in a timely manner during my days off. I will even come in on my days off for 20% upcharge. Just shoot me a text and we will collaborate.

  • I will respond faster to a text than a phone call, so just text me!

  • If you can't find availability on the day that you like just reach out! I don't mind staying later, especially for bigger projects like keratins or balayage.

  • PREBOOK!! I serviced 30 new clients in July alone. Its best to get you on a schedule where you will always get the time and date that is most convenient to you.

  • Adding services if you need a wax just type it in the notes section but please don't add extra services in the notes section like a haircut and style. That is extra time that maybe conflicting with someone else's service.

  • Please think in terms of 2-4 weeks in advance for large services, I book up very quickly!

  • Price can fluctuate based on your hair, I'm always fair and will charge according to time and product usage.
