• There is no receptionist at this salon, we all have our own schedules and do not have access to each others booking.  Connect with your stylist individually by following us on Instagram @tigerlillysalon.

• Do not come early to your appointment. Wait in your car until your appointment time. When you arrive early you might be disrupting someone else's service, give your stylist time to finish up. 

• No extra guests or animals: exceptions are, special needs and kids under 13, parents of teens 13 and older can come in for the consultation and then will be asked to wait outside for the remainder. Questions about our policy? feel free to call the owner. 

• This is a Dog salon, there maybe 3 little dogs at your appointment. Moon, Barry and Mars. (salon managers) ESA certified.

• If you have any special requests, for example sugar for low blood pressure please let your stylist know before or come prepared for your appointment. We might not have what you need on hand. 

• No refunds for services exchanged.

• 24 to 48 hour cancellation policy no exceptions or a fee may be applied.

• We are not responsible for personal clothing, smocks provided.​
